I did a ‘floats and wraps’ photo shoot with a lady on Friday which helped both of us build our portfolio.
We had wanted to do some sensual / boudoir photos to create some lovely images. I also wanted to do some sensual shots using a new skirt that Nat & I had made especially for the shoot.
We started with some silky boudoir poses using the lovely purple silk wrap I’ve used before in my maternity shoots.
After these we changed setup and costume, then tried out the new skirt we had made.
Roxy had brought and sexy lacy corset leotard and we set about creating some sexy ballerina style photos. These worked great, and we did lots of poses, sitting and standing as well as a couple of jumping ones. Which was a bit tricky, as the studio ceiling is quite low!
We then lost the corset and did some sexy ‘swan lake’ poses with some lovely sitting shots and ballet poses.
Next, we moved to some wraps, choosing some very sheer purple wraps, which were flung around in different poses
We then calmed things down again and used the wraps as drapes to create some sensual images using just the material as a screen.
It was a great shoot, with some lovely result and I’ll be processing many more great images from it for a while, so keep watching this space.
Some more riske images will also be on my PurplePort portfolio.
